I've built businesses, coached hundreds of people, competed in endurance events and combat sports, and spent countless hours studying psychology, leadership, behavior change, and human performance. Through all of it, I've learned that success isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking better questions, becoming radically honest with yourself, and taking ownership of the life you're creating.
